We are hiring

Assistant Manager - Paint Shop

with 5-10 years of experience in fabrication/engineering industry.

Responsibilities:



Oversee blasting booth & paint shop operations. Ensure quality, SOP compliance, and safety standards. Maintain records, shift reports, and customer documentation. Drive 5S, root cause analysis & continuous improvement. Train and guide painters to achieve production targets.

Requirements:



Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering). Strong knowledge of painting processes & quality checks. Team handling & customer quality audit experience. Apply at:
