Job Task Role :
? Conduct campaign and account audits during client onboarding.
? Set up and structure accounts on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
? Implement standardized naming conventions for consistency.
? Develop and implement data-driven campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
? Research target audiences and platform suitability.
? Create media plans using client data, competitor insights, and industry trends.
? Launch and manage multi-platform ad campaigns with structured targeting and budgeting.
? Optimize for key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Key Skills:
? Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Native Advertising.
? Be able to understand data visualization, or be keen to learn tools such as GA4, Looker Studio
? Strong understanding of bid strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
? Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal.
? Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
? Experience in conversion tracking, troubleshooting pixel/tag issues, and improving attribution models.
? Ability to work with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
? Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and campaigns.
