Department Description Purchase to Pay team is responsible for end to end supplier payment process ($700m payment on 70K invoices) and T&E function (20K claims), have interface with large number of internal customer and suppliers (7000 suppliers & 2000 buyers). It\'s a Global team of 40+ member\'s three delivery centres covering 59 entities, 23 countries & 7 languages. Payments & Reconciliation team needs to process supplier & employee payments as per the agreed timelines, Respond to Queries, Audit of invoices, Work on Reconciliation and Clear Open items. Essential Skills Required: Knowledge of Purchase to Pay process Computer literate with good PC skills especially Microsoft Excel and Word Accuracy and attention to detail Good numerical & communication skills Good team player with a flexible approach Willingness to learn different roles Ability to solve problems and follow through items logically to conclusion Knowledge of payment process, and reconciliations would be an advantage Apwc, JDE, Oracle knowledge would be an advantage Process payments as per the agreed timelines with accuracy To be able to work on Reconciliations Investigate and resolve any queries. To be able to work on open items in AP Ledger Must be able to communicate well with other areas within Fidelity. Requires a good understanding or the Purchase to Pay process To perform Audit of invoices Handle process improvements & projects Experience and Qualifications B.Com,BBA,MBA Successful 5 years\' experience in functions like Finance, Accounts Payable, Payments, Reconciliations and Internal Quality teams Should have exposure to working in a global environment with an ability to work with people across the globe in different time zones and with different cultures Flexibility and an open attitude to change Strong Collaborative Skills, Positive Can Do Attitude, High Energy Feel rewarded For starters, we\'ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
