Position Open \xe2\x80\x93 Shift Incharge Department \xe2\x80\x93Oxygen Plant (Operation) Unit: JSW BPSL, Sambalpur, Odisha Unit (s)- 01 Qualification & Experience Range \xe2\x80\x93 08-10 Years of relevant Experience Post Diploma, BE/ B. Tech
Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience of handling spray dryer, induced draft packed cooling towers ,closed vessel jacketed GLR for exothermic super plasticizer reaction, hydraulic filter press etc.

  • Process monitoring to ensure compliance to product parameters and monitoring of material consumption.
  • To monitor raw materials unloading & loading of finished products as per SOP.
  • Process handling with PLC system.

  • Handling air compressor and vacuum pump, press filter operation.
  • Execution of good water treatment by proper chemical utilize with proper water parameter, Cooler performance analysis on in view of water treatment ,machine reliability.
  • Doing new reliability project for machine reliability, cost saving with ner productivity ideas. Analyse production recovery & way to maximize it. Maintain process safety 7 all plant related safety.
