NETWORK

Provide fully qualified Sales leads to Agent's BD teams and coordinate back and forth with our Sales for jointly cracking accounts at both the sides. Receive Sales leads from Agent's key person and distribute to our teams for actions and monitor them for a logical closure. Provide agents with any help on procurements related queries by coordinating with the procurement teams. Work as the single window for all RFQs and bids. Work closely with our sales teams to get as many enquiries to particular agent's stations every day as possible. Work with your team to get competitive solutions with which our sales team can bring business on board. All escalations on this relationship.

AIR EXPORT PRICING

Handling the Air Exports pricing (out of India). For receiving AE queries, Need to Coordinate with Air Export pricing person in all branches & get the best Net Net rates with airline options. Closely follow up with Pricing team for timely quotation. Add appropriate margin & send the rates to agents on timely basis. Regular follow up with agents on shared rates & check with agent for getting target rates for received enquries and matching the rate with the help of our pricing Team. Weekly report need to be shared with all air team members, everyone can know the why we are not securing the biz and how to work further for better biz conversion.

REPORTS

1. Maintaining Enquires sheet for all receiving enquries. Also mentioning the Biz conversion details.

2. Started updating enquries in software, Quotations - in progress

3. Updating daily activities & sending to HOD

4. Discussing with team on daily basis, gathering the details & update their reports on daily basis.

5. Every Saturday reviewing with team for coming week planning & last week progress. Also providing feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
