The Assistant Manager - Outreach & Admissions will be responsible for driving student admissions by developing partnerships, conducting outreach activities, managing lead pipelines, and ensuring a smooth admission process. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about student engagement, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be committed to achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:Outreach:
Plan, organize, and execute outreach campaigns in schools, colleges, educational fairs, and public platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, principals, coaching centers, and influencers.
Represent the institution in seminars, webinars, career fairs, and public events.
Conduct info sessions, workshops, and presentations to create awareness about the institution's programs.
Admissions:
Guide prospective students and parents through the entire admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
Counsel students on program selection, eligibility, and career outcomes.
Follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert them into admissions.
Coordinate and support the admissions team in application processing and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, visits, applications, and conversions using CRM tools.
Reporting & Coordination:
Generate weekly/monthly reports on outreach activities and admission conversions.
Coordinate with marketing and digital teams to align outreach campaigns with online initiatives.
Support in creating brochures, flyers, and presentation material for outreach.

Qualifications & Experience:

Prior experience in the education industry is highly preferred
