Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager in Warehouse to join our Operation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Inbound Operation at Beyoung . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating innovative solutions in Warehouse Operation .
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize space Utilization
:- Strategically organize warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency and facilitate smooth material flow .
Supervise Warehouse Operations:
- Manage and oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, sorting ,picking and packing and shipping of the product , Order Processing .
Reporting and documentation
:-Generates reports on warehouse activities , including inventory level , shipment status and performance matrix .
Team Management
: Lead and motivate warehouse staff providing guidance , training and performance feedback to ensure efficient and effective operations .
Inventory Management
:-Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies ,conduct regular audits and cycle count.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Graduate and Postgraduate both are preferred .
4+ years of experience with warehouse operations
Strong knowledge of MS Excel .
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
