Monitor the progress of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and reporting any potential delays or issues to the Outbound Incharge.
Track road, rail, and sea shipments, providing updates to internal teams on the status of dispatches.
Prepare reports on outbound logistics performance, including dispatch accuracy, transit times, and delivery KPIs.
Use digital platforms and tools to enhance shipment tracking and reporting.
Safety, Compliance, and Security:
Ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols during the loading, transport, and dispatch processes.
Support the enforcement of security measures to safeguard products during transit.
Assist in the implementation of safety audits and corrective actions to maintain high safety standards.
Ensure all dispatches comply with legal and regulatory standards, including those for hazardous materials.
Data Analytics and Dashboard Reporting:
Assist in creating and managing dashboards for tracking logistics KPIs such as delivery times, transit accuracy, and vendor performance.
Use data analytics to monitor trends in outbound logistics, identifying areas for optimization and cost reduction.
Prepare and present regular reports to the Outbound Incharge and senior management, providing insights into outbound logistics performance.
