Assistant Manager - US Healthcare Operations | 5 -8 Years Experience -Visakhapatnam
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager with 58 years of experience in Healthcare Operations / BPO / KPO environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong workflow management, process improvement, and team leadership expertise, looking to contribute to a dynamic healthcare process team.

Responsibilities * Plan and manage workflows to ensure on-time delivery and SLA adherence.

• Monitor SOPs for compliance, accuracy, and timely updates.
• Conduct quality checks against benchmarks and business requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and processes.
• Deliver training programs and resolve team queries to strengthen capabilities.
• Support ad-hoc research and analysis for business decision-making.

Requirements * Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).

• 5 - 8 years of experience in operations, quality, or workflow management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in training, quality review, or process improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
