We E-O-D(every other day) are a leading amusement park committed to delivering fun, safe, and memorable experiences to our guests. We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager - Operations to support smooth daily execution. a candidate who is well spoken and Proactive, with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of trampoline zones, rides, game areas, and facilities Ensure safety protocols, ride inspections, and maintenance checks are followed Manage guest experience -- monitor queues, respond to complaints, ensure cleanliness Supervise and support staff, handle scheduling, training, performance Act as Shift / Duty Manager when needed Coordinate with maintenance, events, marketing, and other teams Maintain shift reports, incident logs, operational metrics

Requirements / Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, hospitality, or related field 2-4 years in operations / attractions / entertainment / guest services role Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety procedures, inspections, risk management Comfortable working flexible hours (weekends, evenings, holidays) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
