Oversee daily inpatient ward operations and staff deployment
Ensure timely admission, transfer and discharge process coordination
Monitor patient care standards, documentation and service quality
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, pharmacy, dietetics and housekeeping teams
Handle patient / family queries and resolve service-related concerns
Ensure infection control, safety and compliance with hospital policies
Prepare daily MIS reports and assist with audits and quality initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management (preferred)
3-5 years experience in Hospital
