About Us:

Bagel Brigade

is Hyderabad's home for authentic New York-style bagels. As a growing food brand, we are seeking reliable and skilled support staff to ensure smooth backend operations and technical upkeep at our outlet.

We are looking for a

hands-on Operational Assistant

with

basic electrical skills

to support the smooth functioning of the store by handling routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating with service vendors. This is a non-customer-facing, non-kitchen role focused on operations support and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

:

Perform minor electrical work (e.g., lighting fixes, switchboards, power backups) Regularly inspect and troubleshoot appliances like ovens, refrigerators, or display units Coordinate with external technicians or vendors for major repairs Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and safely Handle store-level technical or infrastructure issues (water leaks, basic plumbing coordination, etc.) Assist with vendor deliveries (equipment/supplies), if needed Maintain basic tools inventory and track repair schedules

Requirements

:

1-3 years of experience in electrical or facility maintenance Basic knowledge of wiring, switches, small appliances, and safety practices ITI certification or equivalent technical training preferred (not mandatory) Must be proactive, responsible, and punctual Ability to follow instructions and document repair/maintenance activity Basic Hindi or English communication required Familiarity with working in retail/F&B setups is a bonus
