Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of image and video post-production workflows.

Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (basic).

Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong visual and aesthetic sense.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Visual Arts, or related field.

Upto 3 years of experience in post-production or studio operations, preferably within an agency or creative production environment.

Prior experience managing teams or supervising production processes will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Image & Video Post-Production:

Oversee daily operations.

Conduct quality checks to ensure all outputs meet brand and client guidelines.

Coordinate workflow allocation with project managers and team leads to meet delivery deadlines.

Maintain production trackers, reports, and delivery logs.

Studio Coordination;

Liaise between the production and post-production teams for seamless workflow handovers.

Assist in shoot scheduling, asset tracking, and deliverable management.

Ensure RAW files, shot lists, and references are accurately logged and transferred.

Support creative and styling teams during shoots for smooth execution.

Client & Internal Communication:

Acting as Single Point of Contact for clients

Coordinate clients and internal teams on project updates, approvals & deliveries.

Communicate client feedback effectively to the internal teams.

Participate in client review calls and operational discussions for workflow improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
