We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Operations to oversee and drive efficiency in our sales, outbound sales, and presales teams. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and optimizing team performance to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a background in sales operations, and a passion for improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee and streamline sales, outbound sales, and presales activities. Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for improvement. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure operational alignment and efficiency. Train and mentor team members for better performance. Handle client queries and ensure smooth presales operations. Maintain accurate records and generate regular performance reports.

Requirements

:

2-4 years of experience in sales operations, outbound sales, or presales. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
