will be responsible for managing and executing all operational aspects of FASTag and Insurance businesses. This role requires implementing efficient processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills, along with the ability to handle both office-based and field activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities: FASTag Operations:
Oversee and manage daily back-office operations related to FASTag.
Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and operational issues promptly.
Maintain and update accurate operational data and records.
Coordinate with banks, dealers, and internal teams for seamless operations and issue resolution.
Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.
Develop and implement efficient operational processes and policies.
Visit vehicle dealer showrooms to provide training, support, and FASTag delivery as needed.
Promote FASTag products through dealer engagement and field activities.
Motor Insurance Operations:
Manage the complete insurance process, including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation.
Verify customer documents, calculate premiums, and ensure timely policy delivery.
Support customers in filing and tracking insurance claims; coordinate with surveyors, workshops, and insurance companies.
Ensure transparent and timely claim settlements while maintaining strong client relationships.
Provide detailed information about policy terms, benefits, and claim procedures.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the motor insurance segment.
Work with sales teams and channel partners to drive portfolio growth.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal company policies.
Prepare periodic reports on policies, claims, and renewals for management.
General & Administrative:
Supervise and support administrative operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Collaborate across departments to ensure operational alignment and process optimization.
Monitor and enhance overall customer satisfaction levels.
Ensure adherence to company procedures, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in FASTag operations, Insurance operations, or a similar role.
Proven experience in back-office operations, process management, and customer service.
Strong understanding of Motor Insurance policies, claims handling, and FASTag-related processes.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead a team and work independently with minimal supervision.
