Our enablement functions help everyone at EY operate more efficiently. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Admin, Brand, Marketing and Communications, Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence

• Demonstrated understanding of operational processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement within service delivery. Proficient in utilizing analytical tools to optimize resource allocation and enhance operational efficiency. Experience in developing and implementing project plans to ensure timely and effective execution of operational tasks. Ability to apply best practices and methodologies in general consulting to drive process improvements across operations. Skilled in data analysis to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

• Bachelor of Computer Applications

Experience

• IT Infrastructure Management (5+ years)
