Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operational tasks including Excel data management, client communication, coordination with logistics partners, and supporting the digital marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and regularly update Excel sheets with sales, stock, and client data
Handle client queries via messages, calls, or emails in a professional manner
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products
Manage client records and order details for accuracy and timely follow-up
Assist in tracking inventory levels and reordering supplies when needed
Support digital marketing efforts (basic knowledge of social media & promotional tools is a plus)
Prepare regular reports for senior management and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
Help ensure smooth internal communication across departments
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations, admin, or client servicing role (1+ year preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, WhatsApp promotions, etc.)
Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree preferred (any stream)
