Manage a team of 60-70 FTEs effectively.
Ensure TAT (Turnaround Time) is consistently met, especially for clients with TAT-based processes.
Oversee staffing, leave planning, and absenteeism management.
Maintain regular client interaction and address client requirements efficiently.
Train new employees and ensure smooth onboarding to the process.
Provide floor support and guidance to the team as needed.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality reports.
Handle conference calls with the onshore team, especially for new process transitions.
Conduct huddles and team meetings to communicate updates and address operational issues.
Ensure production and quality targets set by the client are consistently achieved.
Skills and Qualifications:
Any bachelor's degree (completed)
Knowledge of MS Office and related applications
Good presentation skills
Ability to work independently within clearly defined parameters and accordingly take decisions.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations with a sense of ownership & accountability.
Should have
strong analytical skills
to review, interpret, and analyze data effectively.
