Key Requirements:
5-6 years of pre-sales in BPO, experience with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and BPO tools/platforms.
Flexible to work in shifts and manage global clients.
