The Assistant Manager - Operations & Marketing will support the overall administration and smooth functioning of the polyclinic while driving effective marketing initiatives to enhance patient engagement, service reach, and brand visibility. This role bridges day-to-day operational excellence with strategic marketing execution, ensuring service quality, patient satisfaction, and clinic growth.

Operations:
Support the Clinic Manager in daily operations, staff coordination, and workflow management.
Ensure smooth patient flow, appointment scheduling, and front-office efficiency.
Monitor compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare standards.
Assist in managing vendor relationships, procurement, and facility upkeep.
Track operational KPIs such as patient visits, turnaround time, and service quality.
Marketing:
Execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote clinic services.
Build relationships with community groups, corporates, and referral networks.
Develop promotional materials, advertisements, and social media content.
Track and report marketing ROI, patient acquisition trends, and campaign effectiveness.
Organize health camps, awareness programs, and CSR initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA ).
3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations and/or marketing.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a multicultural environment.
