Desired Candidate Profile:

B.E. Mechanical with minimum 10 - 12 years' experience

Effectively Work with cross functional teams & coordinate with various department

Develop, maintain and review all reports

Able to work in high demanding work Environment

:

To plan, determine, organize, direct and control quality production of products as per requirement

Ensuring zero quality complaints, building and strengthening systems and processes.

Planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements

Supervising the work of junior staff and organizing relevant training sessions

Overseeing production processes

Re -negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, report progress through periodic status updates.

Possess a wide-ranging knowledge in CNC machinery- Turning, Milling, Turnmill, CNC Setter, CNC Programmer
