Assistant Manager - Accounting Operations Management - 8+ Years - Pune
We are hiring an Assistant Manager - Operations Management for Pune. The role requires 8+ years of experience in accounting, with strong expertise in AR, AP, and Reconciliation, along with minimum 2 years of team handling experience. Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of accounting professionals, driving productivity, quality, and adherence to SLAs.
• Oversee daily operational workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review operational and MIS reports, collaborating with stakeholders to support business objectives.

Requirements: * Candidate must have a finance background such as B. Com, BBA (Finance), M. Com, or MBA (Finance), with professional certifications as an added advantage.

• Should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in accounting operations, including AR, AP, and Reconciliations.
• A minimum of 2 years of team handling experience is mandatory, with proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls is required.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
