We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Assistant Manager - Operations.
In this role, you will:
Ensure all trade cancellations, amendments investigations and settlements of exceptions are completed on a timely basis.
Ensure daily trade allocation, Confirmation and Investigation for timely Settlement of all Fixed Income trades and Repo trades completed on a timely basis
Ensure validation of trade input by the desk, Middle office team and escalating issues appropriately.
Provide support to the Reconciliation team on breaks investigation.
Regular interaction with the Middle & Front Office Group, Client, Settlement and reconciliation team.
Daily Repo Collateral and Margin processing and break investigation.
Identify process improvements, both strategic and tactical and Project management of process improvement initiatives
Documentation of the discrepancies identified & follows up, review of process flow
To be successful, you will:
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Knowledge on Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives & FX related products & Money Market products
Experience with vendor systems - Refinitiv & Bloomberg data feed
Good knowledge of Derivatives/Fixed Income/Equities/FX Rates (D)
Should be able to work flexible hours (Rotation Shift) (E)
Graduate in Commerce, Finance or Equivalent
