Monitor and manage online orders across all platforms (website, marketplaces, apps).
Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, packaging, and timely dispatch.
Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery.
Inventory & Vendor Management:
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory across platforms.
Coordinate with warehouse/vendors for stock replenishment.
Reconcile inventory mismatches and reduce order cancellations.
Ensure product data accuracy (images, descriptions, SKUs, attributes).
Handle returns, replacements, and claims on marketplaces.
Logistics & Customer Support:
Liaise with courier partners for timely deliveries and reverse logistics.
Monitor shipment delays, lost/damaged orders, and resolve disputes.
Coordinate with customer service to resolve complaints/escalations.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales & operations reports.
Track KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, return ratio, and delivery timelines.
Suggest process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
