Job Scope:
To manage and oversee physical operations, ensuring that the team delivers results in line with customer-agreed SLAs and in accordance with customer procedures and defined standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead inbound and outbound operations, ensuring full compliance with customer procedures, service level agreements, and quality standards.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Provide accurate data for LSP billing and deliver timely MIS reports to support production and dispatch planning.
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring that any operational issues are promptly logged, resolved, or escalated as per defined protocols.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs by third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and internal teams for both inbound and outbound processes.
  • Foster a high-performance service culture within the team, driving employee engagement, performance management, and skill development.
  • Coordinate with 3PLs and transport partners to meet service requirements, optimize routing, and ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
  • Monitor inventory flow and dispatch accuracy to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a B2B Warehouse Operations
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management (SCM) / Logistics.
  • Strong communication skills (English and local language).
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of PAN India transportation.
  • Good documentation skills (screening, archiving, and retrieval).
  • Customer orientation and commitment to excellence.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Decision-making abilities.
