Abba Global Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a mature and dynamic
Asst. Manager - Operations & HR
to handle end-to-end Human Resource responsibilities and coordinate all operational and sales activities across branches.
Minimum age should be 30 years
with
proven experience in a similar role
. Marketing or sales background will be considered an added advantage. The candidate should be capable of handling people, systems, and branch coordination with full accountability.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resource Management:
Full responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave and attendance, performance evaluation, and exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain updated and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate training, appraisals, and employee engagement programs.
Operations & Sales Coordination:
Supervise day-to-day operational functions across branches.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and dealer servicing.
Support stock movement, dispatch tracking, and branch communications.
Monitor performance of branches and provide timely reports and insights to management.
Act as a link between departments - sales, production, logistics, and accounts.
Administrative & Field Support:
Oversee office administration and ensure discipline among staff.
Conduct regular visits to
Kannur branch
and other locations as needed.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and internal control measures.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Age:
30 years
Experience:
At least 5 years in a similar HR and Operations coordination role
Education:
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
Experience in
marketing and/or sales
will be an added advantage
Strong communication, leadership, and multi-tasking abilities
Must be proficient in MS Office, HRMS, and operational coordination tools
Should be willing to travel and manage multiple responsibilities independently
