Role Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years of retail experience. This role is a great opportunity for a male candidate looking to take the next step in their retail management career. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently, achieves its sales targets, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales goals through coaching, motivation, and hands-on sales floor presence.
Team Leadership:
Help manage and train sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary product knowledge and sales skills.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and other administrative tasks.
Policy Enforcement:
Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed by the team.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities are essential.
