We are leading global communication Platform (cPaas) provider - the connector between the two through our messaging, voice and video solutions. By year end Sinch will be close to 5000 employees in more than 50 countries with one of our engineering hub at Noida location.
Our APIs and platform deal with over 150 billion engagements annually. Sinch, 2nd largest cPaaS and messaging provider in the world is looking for a Finance talent at its Noida, India location.
Key Role & Responsibilities:Monthly Tasks:
A) Interest Calculations on FDS, term loan, cc, invoice discounting, LC and car loan.
B) Foreign Exchange calculations.
C) Optimization of bank charges through effective Cash & Funds Mgt.
D) Preparation of BG, EMD, any forex remittance(inward/Outward), LC's, invoice discounting, Tracking and follow-up of Expired BG's and EMD's.
E) Reconcile the tally data with the bank statements of Indian & foreign entities Bank reconciliations)
F) Bi-weekly payment processing of all the vendors.
G) Weekly Actual CF
Bank Liasoning: To maintain effective relationship with the banks.
Forecasting & Management dashboards: CF forecasting & helping in Management dashboards & presentation.
Audit & MIS:
A) Audit assistance
B) Monthly MIS with regards to cash & bank, interest income, FD's, Security deposits/EMD, BG's, LC's, Invoice discounting details and others
C) Intercompany reconciliations
Systems Integration & Other Adhoc:
A) Integration with the global systems & stakeholders
B) Other adhoc support as & when needed
Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
• Educational Qualification: B.Com/M.Com
• Impeccable integrity - ethical and honest in all respects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• This is a hybrid role involving min 3 days work from office
