Required Qualifications and Experience
- \xef\x83\x98 Graduates with relevant experience of 2-3 prior work experience of Direct or Channel sales in loans. Experience in Insurance will be an added advantage \xef\x83\x98 Ensure to update status within 24 hrs of lead received. \xef\x83\x98 Ability to Recruit FOS through different channels. \xef\x83\x98 Maintain a pickup percentage as per the metric. \xef\x83\x98 Maintain FOS productivity as the metric. \xef\x83\x98 Excellent Team Handling and problem resolving ability. \xef\x83\x98 Good hands on experience and knowhow for working on Data Management and MS Office. \xef\x83\x98 A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target. \xef\x83\x98 Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
