Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for selling of Resort / Hospitality services & facilities at Vineyards to Guests to generate revenue. Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel Contact Clients via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the property Provide Clients with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs Oversee the booking and reservation of Rooms / Banquet venues to ensure availability and proper arrangement Co-ordinate with the outlets to ensure Guests have a good time. Monitor the Guest service quality and to ensure Guests are attended appropriately Conduct price negotiations with customers on behalf of the hotel management to reach a favourable bargain for both parties. Process and facilitate requests of guests for customized services for various occasions like \xe2\x80\x93 wedding anniversary, birthday parties, engagement parties etc. Coordinate and plan the details of an event such as rooming, food and beverage requirement, conference /banquet arrangements, transportation arrangements etc. Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients. No complaints about delay in response, lack of attention, incomplete packages, inappropriate commitments etc. Co-coordinating with Reservations team, monitoring OTA sales for Rooms and avoid over bookings. Attending VIP Guests / Groups /Corporates, escorting them for show round of property, conducting personalized tours and tastings. Taking initiatives and suggesting to the management, new ideas to enhance the services and facilities at the property. Attending Weekly departmental meeting along with HOD Attending Weekly Meeting with HOD \xe2\x80\x93 Revnomix Revenue management Preparing and sending monthly reports accurately as per given timeline
