Company Description Anand Niketan College of Agriculture is managed by \'Maharogi Sewa Samiti\' of Shraddhey Baba Amte, the renowned social reformer. The College is affiliated with Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola, Maharashtra State and offers a B.Sc.(Hons) Agril. Degree program of four years duration under VIII Semester system as per ICAR course curriculum. The institution has a faculty of 28 Ph.D. holding teachers and its students regularly feature on the university merit list. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager position with Anand Niketan College of Agriculture. The assistant will be responsible for supporting the effective management of the institution. This includes assisting with faculty and staff recruitment, coordinating events, assisting with grant writing and compliance, and performing administrative tasks. The role is based in Nagpur but will have some flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with event planning and coordination Proficiency in MS Office Suite Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor\'s degree in Management, Human Resources, or related field Experience in higher education or non-profit sector is a plus
