The role is responsible for managing and maintaining company facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Key tasks include overseeing facility upkeep, managing resources, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling telecom and electrical systems. The job requires strong communication, organizational, and procurement skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaisoning & Compliance Coordination
Coordinate with government departments, municipal authorities, utility service providers, and other external stakeholders.
Manage documentation for licenses, approvals, renewals, and statutory compliances (fire NOC, pollution, property tax, etc.).
2. Fleet Management
Manage the company's fleet of vehicles including scheduling, maintenance, insurance, PUC, registration, and driver assignments.
Monitor fuel usage, vehicle upkeep, cleanliness, and timely servicing.
Maintain records for each vehicle, log books, expense reports, and vendor contracts.
Ensure availability of vehicles as per operational requirements.
This role involves frequent travel across different locations for liaisoning, fleet inspections, and coordination with the Chairman's personal staff or vendors
Preferred Background
Experience in a Manufacturing, Corporate, Infrastructure, or Large business environment
Prior work experience involving VIP/Chairman/MD-level support
Working knowledge of local languages and regulatory norms
