Job Description

Process Overview*
Corporate Treasury (CT) Global Liquidity Management (GLM) is responsible for the preparation of full and/or elements of external and internal liquidity risk regulatory reporting to report to external regulators as well as to internal executive management for liquidity monitoring and measurement.

An ideal candidate will have a proven working experience with a background in Financial/Regulatory reporting (Liquidity Regulatory reporting an advantage but not essential). In addition, familiarity with investment banking products and front to back processes would be beneficial. Key competencies include the ability to apply Financial Analysis Skills to day to day reporting using reporting concepts and procedures.

Responsibilities*
Liquidity reporting, including Liquidity Coverage ratio/Net stable funding ratio and Additional Liquidity Monitoring Metrics
US Liquidity Coverage Ration and 5G reporting
Internal Liquidity management reporting, including supporting the EMEA and US Internal Liquidity Stress reports
Preparation of monthly management reporting packs for EMEA & US GLM
Ad hoc Liquidity reports/queries as required by management
Analyze and reconcile data in Liquidity Risk systems and investigate differences
Compare information from multiple data environments in various areas of the bank (Finance, Middle Office, Operations and Treasury) to enable comparison with data held in Liquidity risk system
Work with business partners to expand reconciliation processes
Good understanding of BASEL-III and LCR requirements.
Interaction with Line of Business and other business partners.

Graduate/ Post Graduate (MBA Finance or equivalent)

Experience Range*
3 - 5 years

Foundational skills*
Prior experience in regulatory reporting and/or Liquidity reporting mandatory
-Product knowledge and understanding of the front to back trade flow process.
Advanced MS Excel skills
High level of ownership and attention to detail
Energetic and self-motivated. Candidate should have a strong intellectual curiosity
Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Able to understand and interpret the new changes into workings received from Regulators via Line of Business, Global liquidity management across Globe
Able to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures along with other process related documentation on demand.
Ability to respond appropriately to time-sensitive requests
Demonstrated ability as a team player
Demonstrate strong control work ethic
Flexibility to deal with multiple concurrent issues and tasks - ability to self manage and prioritize

Desired skills
Strong Alteryx/Tableau/VBA/SQL experience
