  • Handling pan India Inland operation with Zonal Support.
  • Oversee daily transportation activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Updating all SDD DSR BL details on weekly basis.
  • Plan and optimize routes for transportation to minimize costs and improve delivery times.
  • Handling all Import Invoice RFI'S within the established turnaround time (TAT). (Road & ICD's)
  • Maintaining SDD TERAA file on quarterly basis and update the same to Management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Vendor and third-party logistics providers to ensure service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Updating Import BL details in CMA CGM system on daily basis (LARA).
  • Address and resolve transportation issues, including delays, damages, and customer complaints
  • Maintaining SDD charges bifurcation ICD/Customer/Vendor wise.
  • Ensure all transportation operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards.
  • Liaise with ICD/ Terminal/Yard/vendors offices whenever there are changes in Tariff.
  • Updating the SOP for Audit purpose and attending the various audit.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Monitor Intermodal issues in association with DOC/CSU Teams.
  • Assess profitability of Intermodal activities
  • Maintaining smooth inland operations pan India within given TAT.
  • Develop and manage transportation budgets, monitoring costs
Qualifications and Skill Sets: * Holds a graduate degree/master's degree
  • 5 Years experience in sales with Shipping Industry
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills
  • Well verse with MS Office tools specially Power Point and Excel.
  • Good Negotiation skills
