Technical Graduate
B.E/Btech
Work Experience: fresher or Min. 1-2 years
No gap in education
Age up to 25 years
Other Skills
Good command on Excel and PPT.
Excellent Verbal and written communication at least in English and any one vernacular language.
Reasonable Analytical and problem solving skills. Strong Reporting and Analytical skills.
Job responsibilities for the position are as follows,
Routine Operations Deliverable
On boarding of new policies on client Portal
New IT projects for the department
On boarding and processing of Rural polices
Tactical & Short Term
Training on client portal and lead management portal
Handling issues and queries in portals
Coordinating with other departments such channel support, marketing, compliance and legal, branch ops, NB, U/W and claims for both portals and rural policies.
