Key responsibilities;

  • Responsible for identifying training needs from different departments by meeting the stakeholders and analysing performance trends and other productivity data

  • Adept in identifying the right Root Cause Analysis tools and ability to execute a TNA & TNI exercise.

  • Plan training interventions based on the results of a TNI

  • Lead content development and creation of learning modules

  • Conceptualises innovative and flexible methods to address the developmental and capacity building needs as identified, including identification of external training programs and conferences

  • Design and delivery of in-house training sessions, procurement of online learning programs and vendors and other methods as appropriate

  • Drive and facilitate the implementation of the L&D projects

  • Ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes

  • Make continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as the stakeholder and business demands

  • Track and measure effectiveness of training using relevant assessment models and tools

  • Manage vendor payments and the L&D IP

  • Plan and execute the New Employee Induction program

  • Prepare and communicate the training calendar on a regular basis and ensure all the training activities are delivered as per the training calendar
  • Arrive at a benchmark of knowledge, skill and competence by using various measurement methodologies; scientific and informal

Key skills;
  • Ability to deliver focused end to end learning interventions

  • Proven understanding of adult learning techniques and ways to implement them

  • Ability to develop, design and deliver content

  • Proven experience in delivering content to various levels of the organization

  • Capability to stay abreast with latest best practices in L&D, adapting techniques to internal requirements and refocusing interventions as required

  • Proven skills in Powerpoint, Excel and Word along with other MS applications relevant to the role

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to coach individuals and groups within and outside training sessions and make an impact in their learning journey

  • Experience of managing and coordinating Projects
  • High levels of empathy & excellent stakeholder management skills
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Graduate in any field with 6 years of work experience

  • Minimum 3 years of core L&D experience.
  • Must have experience in functional and behavioural training
Desirable:
  • MBA/ BA in Psychology

  • Certified in Coaching Skills

  • Experience in designing and running Assessment & Development Centers
  • Additional Training Certifications will have an edge
