We Hoya Lens India is looking for Assistant Digital Marketing Manager.Academic: Bachelor's degree in Business studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.Job Purpose
To promote and implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display).Specific Requirements: Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions

• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
• Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
• Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
• Good team player, able to work with colleagues at all levels to achieve business objectives
• Possess business acumen embraced with excellent communication skills
• Should be good in MS-Excel & MS-Powerpoint
• Good analytical skills, partnered with positive attitude and high learning agility, and can take on new challenges / responsibilities
• Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
