PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The role of this position is to support CTEA Madh for L1 & L2 Programs Coordination and Management as per Program Categories – L1 to L4 AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND: Training and Development plus Mechanical Engineering Experience to Design Program BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

- Execution of Entire Technical Training Cycle & Effectiveness
- Design of GET / PGET Training Program and its Effectiveness
- Technical eLearning /class room module design
- Training Budgeting
- Technical Event Management & Coordination
