Tracking of project as per timeline and identifying the bottlenecks and highlighting the same to management. 3. Scheduling and tracking of Project using MSP & SAP. 4. Analyzing the project schedule and cost using BI & BO. 5. Preparation of project MIS on weekly and monthly basis and presenting the same to MD. 6. Preparation of risk analysis chart to find out the criticality of all the risk that can affect the project progress and highlight the same to management and inhouse team. 7. Preparation of delay report & highlighting the issues for delay with the upper management. 8. Coordinating with the stakeholders as per the requirements of the project. 9. Coordination with the inhouse team and resolving the issue raised by them or highlight the same to the management. 10. Coordination with architects and consultants for timely deliverable of drawings required onsite. 11. Coordinating with inhouse laisoning team for approvals required for Project. 12. Value engineering of various materials to be used for Project purpose 13. Review of budget and to find out any possibilities of cost optimization. 14. Creation of List of Deliverables (LOD) dates for the project Projects.
