Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Hand on experience about transmission (gear box) assembly and testing.
• Experience about hydraulic assembly and testing.
• Knowledge about APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 7 QC tools, Poka yoke, Kaizen and so on.
• Conducting Process and product audit in assembly & testing area.
• Preparing quality / production procedures, work instructions and visual instructions.
• Knowledge about Millipore and NAS testing.
• Preparation, review, and control of internal technical documents.
• Coordination with other department for line trials, PPAP, ECN implementation and closure of issues (ORC).
• ensure field technical reports (FTRs) and field complaint (CVL) analysis and providing solutions.
• expertise in investigating and resolving quality issues on assembly line with root cause analysis.
• Able to read drawing and should have knowledge about GD & T.
• Should have knowledge about gear manufacturing process.
