Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Preparation of RFQ, SOR based on available information & based on assumptions.
2. Making concept layout for flexible production volumes
3. Good cross functional team management
4. Preparation of process flow, pfmea.
5. Techno-commercial discussion with potential line builders.
6. Preparation of time line with key milestones to put the assembly line into production.
7. Implementation of Industry 4.0 & Digital manufacturing
8. Able to calculate JPH based on flexible production volumes.
9. Basic civil knowledge like floor loading & strength.
10. Budget Costing for assembly line
11. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
12. Ensuring process stability and capability by reducing variations and continously improving the process output through scientific and statistical controls.
13. Study and setup production and machine requirements to meet the design ad process outputs with the most efficient way.
14. Standardisation of production lines and training the production people to maintain those standards with lean tools and continuous improvement.
15. Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality through identification of bottlenecks processes.
16. Upgrade systems and processes with new technology.
