Job Summary



This role focuses on achieving revenue and growth targets for mid-market advertisers in the assigned category.
As Assistant Manager you will be part of a team of front liners, whose primary objective will be to build strong relationships with advertisers and agencies, deliver customized solutions across JioStar's extensive Digital and TV platforms to drive revenue growth.
The role also expands the JioStar client base and strengthens its position as the go-to partner for innovative and extensive advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

This is an individual contributor role where you will own the revenue targets for key accounts within the Entertainment Business in India under the Mid-market portfolio. The focus will be on maximizing revenue potential and positioning JioStar within your assigned clients and agencies eco-system You will be Jiostar's ambassador in the market for the accounts you own. You will be expected to understand India's Digital & TV ecosystem, stay abreast with industry trends and innovations along with establishing and demonstrating an understanding of JioStar's ad solutions and capabilities You will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular basis; be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks and maintain high standards in sales processes You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision You will also be focusing on deeper client interactions to drive case studies, client interviews, executing joint business plans & maintaining monthly run rates etc. You will work closely with the cross functional ads revenue team for the conceptualization & execution of all deals for your accounts Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and advertising innovations to keep the platform ahead. Track, analyse, and report performance metrics of ad campaigns and optimize for revenue growth.

Skills & Attributes for success



Understanding Key account management principles/consultative selling Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations at deal level.

Preferred Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years in the Media industry. Focus on Digital marketing is a good-to-have. Strong network with media agencies and key decision-makers in brands. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of ad tech platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360, etc.) is a plus.
