to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The position is fully remote; however, the candidate must be based in
Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between
Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain
teams
Assist in sales planning, order processing, and supply coordination
Support logistics operations including dispatch planning and tracking
Coordinate with the finance department for billing, collections, and MIS
Prepare and maintain reports using
Advanced Excel
(MIS, dashboards, analysis)
Ensure timely flow of information across departments
Support management with data analysis and operational insights
Key Requirements
Full-time
MBA in Marketing
Strong coordination and communication skills
Advanced Excel skills
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
Understanding of logistics, finance coordination, and supply chain processes
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Candidate must be
based in Mumbai
