Job Profile:



Act as single point of contact for IFM business function, providing leadership to JLL account-based management and service delivery teams across your assigned city.



Collaborate with facilities leadership team to establish delivery strategies and annual goals for IFM function, aligning with global, regional, and local client objectives



Develop and maintain detailed understanding of client business requirements while managing relationships with key facility stakeholders and function leads



Lead implementation of "raising the bar" initiatives to continuously improve customer experience through IFM function customer touchpoints



Establish robust business governance processes including conducting regular business reviews with facility leadership for IFM function performance



Operate as business manager responsible for overall budget management covering operational and capital budgets for assigned city.



Drive achievement of agreed business targets including revenue, expenses, budget management, debtor targets, savings targets, and KPI performance.



Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or More.



Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate environment with proven ability to function as business leader



Strong analytical skills with proven ability to solve problems using objective approach



Good leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage large teams



Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and nurture stakeholder relationships



Good communication and client relationship management skills



Ability to adapt and perform under pressure while meeting business targets and objectives.



Preferred Qualifications:



Exposure and experience dealing with multinational corporate organizations



Experience managing business P&L and financial accountability



Background in facilities management or real estate services industry



Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and best practice implementation



Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting for facility operations



Track record of achieving revenue targets and cost optimization in service delivery environments.
