Educational Qualification



Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Commerce; MBA in Supply Chain, IT Management, or Finance is preferred.

3 years of relevant experience in IT procurement, preferably in BFSI sectors.




Work Experience



More than 3 years in IT procurement and contracts or related areas. GeM tendering experience is essential.





Job Summary:



Will be responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle of IT products and services, including software, hardware, IT infrastructure, and related services. The role requires working closely with IT, finance, legal, compliance, and vendor partners to ensure cost-effective and compliant acquisition aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Procurement Operations:

Execute end-to-end procurement activities for IT goods and services. Prepare and float RFPs/RFQs, evaluate proposals, and participate in negotiations. Issue purchase orders, contracts, and track delivery and implementation schedules. Maintain procurement documentation and ensure adherence to policies. EMD refund, PBG verification processing, Invoice processing Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual obligations and terms Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documents Prepare periodic reports on contract status, performance and compliance for MIS Ensure all contract documentation is stored and maintained according to company policies and ensure Audit compliance

2. Vendor Management:

Liaise with existing and potential IT vendors to manage contracts, renewals, and SLAs. Conduct vendor performance reviews and support vendor audits. Support in vendor onboarding in coordination with risk, compliance, and legal teams.

3. Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization:

Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to support strategic sourcing decisions. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or compliance. Collaborate with IT and business teams to align sourcing with project timelines.

4. Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure procurement activities are in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI, IRDAI, etc.). Mitigate procurement risks by ensuring proper due diligence and documentation. Work with legal and compliance teams to draft and review IT contracts.


Required Skill Sets:



Knowledge of IT products, services, licensing models, and contracts (SaaS, IaaS, perpetual, AMC, etc.). Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in BFSI (e.g., RBI guidelines, data localization, cybersecurity norms). Attention to detail and ability to manage complex contracts Proficiency in contract management software and systems High degree of professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred Certifications:

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) ITIL Foundation Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) PMP (for project involvement)

If any of the above shortcoming(s) is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated without notice. The preliminary screening of the candidate will be carried out on merit or any other screening parameter decided by the corporation from time to time. Fulfilling eligibility criteria doesn't accrue any claim/right to a candidate to be called for online test and interview. The selected candidates may be offered letter of intent/appointment in the corporation subject to their completing other formalities such as verification of credentials, certificates, satisfactory reports from the references, medical examination and verification of antecedents etc. The candidates currently working in StockHolding or its group companies directly or through any agency or audit firm or any firm associated with it, must provide the necessary declaration while submitting the application. The candidate must provide the necessary information about his/her relative, relation to any Director in StockHolding or its group companies while submitting the application. Candidates against whom there is/are adverse report regarding character & antecedents, moral turpitude etc. are not eligible to apply for the post. If any such adverse orders/reports against the shortlisted/selected candidates is found/received by the company post their selection, their candidature/service will be rejected/terminated forthwith. At the time of interview/final selection, the candidates will be required to provide details regarding criminal case(s) pending against him/her, if any. The company will also conduct independent verification, inter alia, including verification of police records etc. StockHolding reserves right to deny the appointment depending upon such disclosures and/or independent verification. Candidates furnishing false information / suppressing the facts will be disqualified and shall be liable for debarment and legal/criminal action. Candidates who attempt fraud/impersonation shall be liable to be debarred from future recruitment process conducted by the company. Candidate should not submit more than one application for the same position and vacancy code. Candidate will also be required to undergo pre-recruitment medical examination as a part of recruitment process upon selection. Appointment in the Corporation is subject to candidate being found medically fit by the Corporation's notified medical practitioners. Remuneration: The remuneration for the various grades will be commensurate with qualification and relevant experience and best in the industry.

Selection Process:

+ The selection will be based on shortlisting of applications based on eligibility criteria, online Pshychometric Test and Interview.
+ StockHolding reserves its right to limit the no. of candidates to be called for Online Pshychometric Test / Interview.
+ In case more than one candidate secures same marks as cut-off marks in the final merit list (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked in the merit according to their age in descending order.
+ Recruitment rounds consist of the following 2 stages:

+ Final merit list shall be prepared based on the performance in the interview.
+ Based on suitability and at the discretion of StockHolding, a waiting list may be maintained which shall be valid for 6 months from the date of interview.

Action Against Candidates Found Guilty of Misconduct During Selection Process:

+ Candidates are cautioned that they should not furnish any particulars or documents that are false, tampered/fabricated and they should not suppress any material information while filling up the application form.
+ At the time of examination/interview, if a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of:
- Using unfair means during the examination
- Impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person
- Resorting to any irregular or improper means in connection with his/her candidature for selection
- Obtaining support for his/her candidature by any unfair meansSuch a candidate may, in addition to rendering himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution, also be liable to be:
- Disqualified from the examination for which he/she is a candidate
- Debarred, either permanently or for a specified period, from any examination or recruitment conducted by StockHolding.
+ The use of any Mobile phones (even in switched off mode) or any other electronic communication devices or storage media like pen drive, smart watches or camera or blue tooth devices or calculator or any other storage devices or related accessories are not allowed while appearing for online test/inside the premises where the examination/interview is held and/or violates the instructions of the test provider. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail cancellation of candidature and disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.
