Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to the seamless execution of DPIFF's operations, events, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating various projects, managing cross-functional team, and supporting the leadership in achieving organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



- Event Management: Assist in planning, organising, and executing DPIFF events, including the annual award ceremony, CSR activities, and other associated events.

- Team Coordination: Collaborate with multiple teams, including PR, marketing, content, and operations, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of tasks.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key stakeholders such as sponsors, partners, government bodies, and media representatives to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth communication.

- Content and Documentation: Oversee the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, and other official documents as required.

- Social Media and Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns and amplify DPIFF's digital presence.

- Budgeting and Finance Coordination: Assist in budget planning, expense tracking, and financial reporting for projects and events.

- Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

- Problem Solving: Address operational challenges promptly, proposing effective solutions to ensure the success of initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:



- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in event management, operations, or a similar role, preferably within the entertainment or cultural sectors.

- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Skills and Competencies:



- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.

- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Interest in Indian cinema, arts, and culture is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
