We are seeking a dynamic, reliable, and professional
Assistant Manager
who can be the right hand to the Director. This role involves traveling to various seminars, client sessions, and events across cities, managing on-ground coordination, handling client inquiries, and supporting day-to-day business operations at the Mumbai office (Zaveri Bazaar).
Accompany the Director to all outstation seminars, events, client meetings, and sessions.
Coordinate and manage logistics, scheduling, and setup for events.
Handle client walk-ins, leads, and queries during events.
Act as a personal and professional manager for the Director during travel.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Mumbai office.
Manage appointments, files, emails, and calls for the Director.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Ensure smooth workflow and documentation.
3. Enquiry & Lead Management:
Handle all leads and inquiries generated during events or online.
Maintain proper follow-up, CRM updates, and conversion records.
Prepare reports and summaries post-events or sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, admin, or executive assistant role.
Strong communication (English and Hindi), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Comfortable with travel (frequent and on short notice).
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional.
