Develop and implement strategies to attract new members
Identify target industries, businesses, and key stakeholders to engage with for membership recruitment.
Conduct outreach activities including cold calling, networking, and presentations to promote membership benefits.
Provide personalized support to prospective members to understand their needs and how Chamber membership can benefit them.
Work closely with existing members to encourage retention and foster a sense of community within the organization.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members, sponsors, partners, and community stakeholders.
Represent the Chamber at various community events, meetings, and functions.
Act as a liaison between the Chamber and its members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other Chambers of Commerce, business associations, and economic development organizations to enhance partnerships and opportunities for collaboration.
