Assistant Manager Mechanical Design
Job Description
1). HVAC system design, Industrial ventilation and exhaust system, Cooling/Chilled water systems, Compressor air system, Fuel Gas system, Fire Protection system, Water & waste water systems.
2). Calculation of Heat load, Pipe sizing, Duct design & sizing, Utility load estimation & diversity calculation, Major equipment's sizing(compressor, pumps, cooling towers, chiller etc).
3). Knowledge on IS codes, standard and compliance.
4). AutoCAd and other design software skills.
5). Understandings of DBR, BOQ/Technical specs Preparation.
6). Vendor Evaluation.
7). Review and approval of drawings.
8). Project scheduling and progress tracking.
9). FAT, testing, commissioning and documentation.
