Job Description

You'll be the driving force behind the reliability and performance of our critical BTA machinery--ensuring smooth operations, minimal downtime, and continuous improvement.
You'll take ownership of mechanical activities across BTA equipment, including Mixers, Calendars, Extruders, Cutters, and Bead machines. You'll execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to keep machines running at peak efficiency. You'll lead TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and team ownership. You'll respond swiftly to breakdowns, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). You'll use SAP (MM module) to manage maintenance workflows, spare parts, and reporting. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and support production goals.
